Paulo Blue Fernández, Digital Media Manager at Kirenia Danza, combines expertise in transmedia technology and digital media to drive innovative online strategies. As a freelance content creator known as @pauloblue1, he collaborates with various brands, events, and organizations both locally and nationally. His diverse experience includes roles such as webmaster, frontline, and runner at Eidosfest, as well as managing European projects' websites at Fundación Uxío Novoneyra. Paulo's dynamic approach to digital content and project communicationensures impactful and engaging online experiences.
Nikolas Kamtsis is a theatre director, author, and drama teacher in Athens, Greece. He founded and directs TOPOS ALLOU-Aeroplio Theatre, presenting over 70 original performances across Greece and Europe for 39 years. He also heads the Centre of Higher Education in Theatre Studies, offering programs in drama, acting, and theatre design.
A graduate of the Popular Experimental Theatre school, he acted for 11 years before directing. Under his leadership, Aeroplio Theatre and the Centre conduct 35 creative projects funded by the European Community. He developed methods using theatre for creative learning and social inclusion.
Kamtsis has coordinated multiple European projects, including Socrates, Minerva, ERASMUS+, and CREATIVE EUROPE. He has been awarded twice by the Greek Minister of Culture for his plays "Dancing Elsewhere" and "To the Mountains of the Earth, a Bird".

He has been working and developing projects in the arts with people with functional diversity for over 20 years.
He is a director and founder of several theater groups in the area of inclusion, he is currently director of Companhia (In) Different - an inclusive theater group and a founding member of CLAP ASSOCIAÇÃO, of which he is president of the board.
He conceived and coordinated several European cultural and artistic projects in the area of youth and adult education.
He is a trainer in the areas of project methodology, sociocultural animation and theater.
Sound artist, director and multimedia trainer. He creates music for dance, theater and visual arts, highlighting his collaborations with Illustrator Margarida Botelho, Performer Margarida Mestre, the "Compota" Project by Paula Pinto, "PRETA" by Giovanni Lourenço, "Seara" by Madrasta Dance and " DEN.TRO" by Maria Fonseca. With a degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Documentary Cinema, he has been awarded awards in the field of auteur cinema and has over 20 years of musical experience.
ANTÓNIO GONÇALVES
António Gonçalves has a degree in occupational therapy and is a music therapist. Since the beginning of his career he has worked with young people with functional differences, applying his therapeutic and humanistic knowledge.
In his career he has taken part in different training programmes in the arts as a trainee and as a trainer.
He has worked and works as an actor, and has also developed work in puppetry, street shows and the creation of animation projects (stop motion).
He develops creative projects with young people and has contributed to national and international projects as an actor and trainer.
He is a guest lecturer at the School of Health, developing the creative expression subject.
ALEXANDRA BUGALHO & MONICA AZEVEDO
Alexandra Bugalho Santos, and Monica Azevedo.we are the team reaponsible of the monitoring and evaluation of SPiRAL project. we have studied development studies, and we have coordinated teams of communitary development programes. We have worked on several thematics like migration, diversity, gender, young people.
Diana Mota is a dance improviser and arts psychotherapist who studies dance and drama and their connections with empowerment, psychotherapy and community building and development. While lecturing at the Psychology and Educational Sciences Faculty, Coimbra University, she participates in inclusive arts learning projects, and serves as a clinical supervisor in private practice. She holds an MA in Drama and Movement Therapy from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London University and a Degree in Law. Diana has trained in Community Dance Studies and Trauma and Neuroscience in Body Psychotherapy, and is currently studying ontological approaches to teaching leadership.
RAQUEL VIEIRA
She has a degree in socio-cultural animation from ESELx (Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa).
She has been an actress at Companhia (In) Different) since 2018.
She developed work in the area of community animation with various audiences, children, young people, the elderly, ethnic minorities and people with functional diversity.
She has been active in international projects since 2018, participating in various actions in the area of youth and adult education.
EMILIA SZALÓKI
Twelve years ago, she participated in an inclusive camp organized by one of Hungary's largest associations for people with disabilities. The experiences she gained there led her to choose the profession of special education. She studied at university for four years, where mainly acquired theoretical knowledge while simultaneously gaining practical experience with various associations and institutions. Currently, she works at the institution that serves as partners for the Spiral project, and during this time, she has had countless experiences. The daycare centre offers their clients a wide variety of programs: from sports activities to ceramics, they can try themselves at numerous art forms. Emilia works with a very cohesive team, and every day she learns and gains a lot of experience both professionally and personally.
Eliana holds a BA in DAMS from Università di Bologna and an MA in Theatre History from the University of Arizona. She earned her Acting Diploma from the “Colli” Theatre School of Bologna and has trained with renowned artists. She has performed across Italy, Europe, and the US, working with Teatro del Lemming, Hawaii Theatre, and Mālāmundi Teatri, which she co-founded in 2018. Eliana starred in the award-winning film "Eco" and the animated movie "Super Old." Her short "La Prova" was a finalist in the Barnstorm Script Contest and Your Script Produced competition. She also collaborated with the Hawaii Opera Theatre and taught Drama at Honolulu Waldorf High School, directing five major productions.
ALICE CANOVI
She graduated from the Verona Conservatory in 2011 and from the Venice Theater Academy in 2018.
Since 2019 she has been working for the Aida Foundation as an actress and educator for children and teenagers, developing theatrical and educational projects in theaters and schools. She also works with children and young people suffering from autism and Asperger's.
DÓRA ZSUPOS
Dóra is a seasoned project manager with over a decade of experience in the non-profit and art sectors. Her professional journey includes collaborating with and leading diverse groups, having coordinated international inclusive projects across multiple countries. Her work focuses on human diversity, disability advocacy, and artistic self-expression. Since 2010, Dóra has served as the International Project Coordinator for HSAWA, where she advocates for redefining disability through the social model and promotes the role of disability arts in fostering social change.

Tímea Franczia is a professional art teacher, graphic designer. She has a master degree in Visual Culture and Environmental Design. She works as an art teacher with 10 years of experience, delivering visual art education for children and adults with disabilities. Her fields are art history, creativity, and experimental creating methods. Her personal vision is to find more and more interesting ways to bring the arts into education and teach valuable skills such as creativity and curiosity. She had possibilities to work with other professionals to create interdisciplinary curriculum with wide range of settings like physical theatre, improvisation, experimental drawing activities and innovative digital technologies. Her collaborative projects combine words, sounds, movements and visual elements with the aim to empower participants to utilize their artistic vision through the use of traditional and experimental mediums.
KAMILLA MARJAI DR.
Dr. Kamilla Marjai is an assistant professor at Semmelweis University. She is a special education teacher and have also graduated as substance abuse counsellor and performing art educator. Currently she has been doing her MA studies on (clinical) psychology. Beside her academic career she has been working with clients with substance use disorders and their family members.
MERI MALAGUTI
Since 1997, she has worked as Director for Fondazione Aida, a prominent cultural organization recognized by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education. In 2006, she became Chief Executive Manager, overseeing multiple theatres in Northern Italy and numerous cultural projects. Under her leadership, Aida has become Verona's leading children's theatre organization and the second-largest theatre company in the Veneto region. Her efforts in marketing and fundraising have enabled Aida to expand its staff and attract private sponsorships, ensuring financial stability and a broader audience reach. Her primary goal is to enhance marketing campaigns and build a strong support network through donations, continuing Aida's mission to educate children and young people through theatre and art.
KIRENIA MARTINEZ
Kirenia Martínez Acosta (Santa Clara, Cuba, 1980; Spanish and Cuban nationality) is an acclaimed choreographer and dancer with over 20 years of international experience. Trained in acting and contemporary dance in Cuba, she leads the companies Kirenia Danza and Entremáns, whose works have been showcased in countries such as Spain, Italy, Sweden, England, and Brazil.
Her most notable projects include "Emigrantes", co-produced by the Centro Coreográfico de Galicia, and "Instante Gradual", selected by Creative Europe I-Portunus. She has spearheaded innovative cultural initiatives such as "Corpo a Corpo" in the Montañas do Courel UNESCO Geopark and has collaborated with international festivals like FITO and Salerno Letteratura. Her work blends dance, literature, and visual arts, establishing her as a prominent figure in contemporary creation.
LOLI FOJÓN
Loli Fojón is the principal teacher at LoDanzas, with a lifelong dedication to teaching classical, modern, and historical dance, as well as the creation and development of artistic projects. She has worked on the physical and artistic training of individuals with various types of disabilities, solidifying her expertise in inclusive and pedagogical dance.

Julia Sueiro (Cultural Ambassador and Dance Teacher) is a dedicated cultural manager with expertise in museums, heritage education, and performing arts. Her work spans collaboration with professional dance companies and the development of community-based creation projects that prioritize inclusion and accessibility. Passionate about fostering cultural exchange and artistic expression, Julia has made significant contributions to projects that bridge the gap between heritage and contemporary performance, ensuring that art remains a platform for connection and diversity.
