The Spiral Project had four learning mobilities, where, in a collective and cooperative way, we worked on the different methodologies developed by the project and by each of the participating organizations in their respective countries with their inclusive artistic groups and audiences.
In each country, a seminar was held to showcase the project and its methodologies, bringing together artistic, cultural, and social organizations supporting people with disabilities, as well as universities and professionals in these fields.
Greece, Athens
The first mobility took place between June 4th and 8th, 2024, at Teatro Aeropolio. Throughout the week, knowledge and practices from each organization and its professionals were shared, with the aim of systematizing learning and methodologies.
Hungary, Eger
The second mobility took place from September 10th to 14th, 2024. This session brought together students with functional diversity, along with technicians and professionals. It was a week of intense sharing, fostering experiences, and promoting the enrichment and empowerment of artistic working methods.
Verona, Italy
The third mobility was held in Verona, Italy, from January 27th to 31st, 2024. This gathering brought together students with functional diversity, along with technicians and professionals. It provided an enriching week of collaboration, exchanging experiences, and enhancing artistic methodologies through shared practices.
Braga, Portugal
The fourth mobility took place in Braga, Portugal, from April 7th to 10th, 2025. This seminar gathered participants with functional diversity together with trainers and professionals from all partner countries. It provided an inspiring setting for reflection, collaboration and the sharing of inclusive artistic methodologies.
Throughout the week, workshops explored theatre, dance, music, multimedia and storytelling, highlighting accessibility and intercultural dialogue. Participants valued the opportunity to learn new techniques, exchange practices across cultures, and strengthen bonds within the partnership.
The mobility was marked by a strong sense of collaboration, mutual respect and creativity, with activities adapted to ensure inclusion of all participants. It offered not only professional growth but also memorable experiences of co-creation, cultural exchange and community building.
