In SpIrAL, dance is explored as a powerful tool for expression, awareness and inclusion. Through inclusive movement practices, participants are encouraged to develop creativity, communication and collaboration skills, while discovering their own body as a vehicle of expression.
The programme focuses on body awareness, rhythm, coordination and relational dynamics, offering spaces where people with and without disabilities can create and learn together. Activities are designed to value diversity, promote intercultural dialogue and stimulate imagination through collective movement and choreography.
By connecting participants with different dance techniques and inclusive practices, we aim to foster both artistic growth and personal development. Above all, dance in SpIrAL champions social inclusion, building confidence, a sense of belonging and empowerment within diverse communities.
